Boys High School AAU Basketball • "Building tomorrow's leaders one possession at a time."

Welcome to the home of Joe "Coach Earv" Warren and All City Crew Basketball! ACC is an organization designed to foster the academic and athletic achievements of young men who have goals of strengthening their education while playing collegiate basketball one day. Through mentorship our mission as coaches is to enhance each of our players' fundamentals of the game while deepening their understanding of the responsibilities of becoming a successful student-athlete.

We visualize the game of basketball as a metaphor for the game of Life. Using the pursuit of athletic excellence as our foundation, we nurture leadership qualities and build character traits that will help our kids make sound decisions about their futures. We anticipate that all of our players will eventually go on to earn academic or athletic scholarships to attend universities. Our coaches simply aim to aid in that process for each of our student-athletes. We understand that "It takes a village to raise a child" and that our roles in these boys' lives is critical to their development on and off the basketball court. ACC is here in the community as merely a link in the long chain of support that pulls these young men to Success.

Through a commitment of working hard in the classroom and the gym our kids will understand the level of discipline necessary to not only play college basketball, but to become productive adults prepared to make a difference in their communities. We stress the importance of teamwork and the advantages that stem from sharing the load amongst a team. We also stress the importance of being highly competitive while showing a solid presence of good sportsmanship. Each player's academic progress is monitored to ensure that education remains a top priority within our program. We offer solid training, a positive learning environment, quality competition and an opportunity for exposure. We're a growing organization that's certainly worth looking into. We appreciate your interest in our program and look forward to showing you all that we can offer you or your promising high school student-athlete.

Our program focuses on mentoring and fundamental development for each player while participating in competitive AAU basketball leagues and tournaments primarily in the Los Angeles & Orange County areas. We also have plans to visit Palm Springs and Las Vegas during the high school AAU season, which for our unit generally runs from the months of March until the end of July. This 16 & Under unit will be made up primarily of freshmen and sophomores able to compete at the AAU level. This team will enter some of the finest events around in both the 16U and 17U divisions. -- Coach Earv, ACC President & Head Coach

I have awed at a solo performance
and spectacular flashy display,
But I crave for the best
and my eyes are more blessed
when an unselfish team makes a play.

A play that's so perfect and simple
with the weaving of role with a role,
Every piece partly seen
like a fine-tuned machine
and you notice not one but the whole.

Like an orchestra tuned to perfection
where harmonious beauty is found,
Every note has a quest
to be part of the rest
so the whole is a masterpiece sound.

Every wild one once blinded by glory
is now cured and is one of the tame,
He receives his esteem
as part of the team
and is eager to sacrifice fame.

It's truly amazing what our teams
have now accomplished
and it's astounding how
much they have done,
When the ultimate call
is when one is for all and
the credit is reached for by none.

We do not have middle school or younger
aged travel teams at this point in time.
We also won't have teams for high school
juniors or seniors in 2012.
